Customer Reviews

Good Idea, but not well executed

We really wanted to love this tent, but the screen porch is not designed well. It has no floor and and no REAL wall. The screen that divides the main tent from the porch does zip all the way around, but the nylon "wall" is open on the bottom side and flaps in the wind. I would not buy this tent again.

Awesome tent!

We took this out to Caddo Lake State Park in TX. We absolutely love this tent.

PROS:

-There wasn't a single bug that came through the netting.

-It's waterproof.

-The Main entrance door is very convenient to open so easily.

-The built in lighting is a good plus to have, no worries of gas lanterns and fumbling for flashlights.

-I like the fact that the roof is separate from the tent itself, great ventilation for warm-hot weather. Not sure if this would be a good tent for very cold weather.

- Very Sturdy tent.

- Fits a full size inflatable bed with MUCH room to spare.

-VERY high ceiling, no more stooping over inside!

- We received compliments on this tent!

- Nice privacy divider, and is added protection against bugs and rain so you can have screened area open.

CONS:

- One of my tent poles has an issue with a locking mechanism, not a big deal.

- Two people is a must in assembling this tent, or you will have a very hard time.

- The sleeping accommodations are misleading. The second (Screened Part) has no floor covering, so you would get ate up with bugs, and wet when it rains.

- The roof lining is a snug fit, but awkward to get on tightly.

Recommendations:

- Get a tarp that will fully cover the bottom of this tent, so you can sleep more people inside the screened part of tent. Plus, your floor lining will last much longer.

- Repair kit is always a must so your trip won't be ruined if something happens.

- You will need 8 "D" batteries for the lighting system.

We love it!

We just got back from camping for a week and of course it rained {down poured} one day and this tent held up great! Very roomy and love the screen room/porch!
